Description
19th century: it is the memory of the student years of Ludovic Gaujal "the Great" (1874-1942), his eldest son Jacques Gaujal, custodian of the tradition of this winegrowing family, passed on this “heritage” to his daughter Simonne.
Top secret, the harvest is manual. Overripe harvest with plot selection. Cannot be produced each year due to the special selection requirements made by Simonne and A-Virginie.
