Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color, brilliant, with green reflections
Very soft, notes of beeswax evolving with aeration on the exoticism of lychee with mango, evolution on pear alcohol and the final point on pear.
The sweetness, the roundness and the fat underlined by a light acidity evoke the pear on the finish and continues with a long persistence full of subtleties. The wine is no longer there but its presence is suggested in the mouth as a delicacy that lasts.
