Jacques Gaujal, the Languedocien marries Geneviève de Saint Bon, the Savoyarde, favoring the meeting of Picpoul de Pinet and Fondue Savoyarde.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color, brilliant, with a slight green reflection
White-fleshed fruits, citrus fruits with grapefruit dominant, accompanied by a hint of iodine notes
Lively and frank attack and very long persistence. The wine is no longer there but its presence continues in the mouth.
