The vineyard

Our vines are exposed to the rising sun South-South-East in the three municipalities of Pinet, Pomerols, Florensac.

The Romans stayed in these places, which is confirmed by many vestiges and traces of villas that we discover in the vineyards. Vitis amat glues ".

On soft undulations, the clay-limestone soils predominantly limestone for the most part allow to find many fossils and oyster shells witnesses of the passage of the sea and its current proximity.

This land remains a favorite place for the development of the grape varieties of our vineyard.

Our vineyard is made up of grape varieties adapted to the terroir:

* White : Piquepoul, Chardonnay, Terret-Bourret, Roussanne

* red, rosé : Piquepoul, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante-Bouschet, Grenache, Cinsault

This recognition is a pledge of a consideration of the human through a respected nature:

* by taking into account the protection environment, health and animal welfare by controlling inputs.

* speak choice cultivation methods, soil maintenance by mechanical means.

* speak development of the biodiversity : with hedges, wild flora (nettles, plantain, horsetail, ...), fauna (bats, ...).
