The General Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to the sale of products or services from our e-boutique.

All orders will be exclusively governed by our general conditions of sale:
The validation of the electronic order form supposes the prior consultation of these general conditions of sale and will be worth their full and irrevocable acceptance.
This consultation is intended for any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website.
The site is reserved for the French market and for customers over 18 years old. No delivery outside mainland France.
Any changes to the T & Cs will only apply to sales concluded after the change, the dates appearing on the order receipt notice.
1 °) Characteristics of the products for sale
All reproductions or photos cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the proper article.
Offers are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability of the wines ordered and subsequent cancellation of the order, the price will be refunded to the buyer.
2 °) The prices
The sales prices including VAT (all taxes included) are the prices listed in Euros on the site.
They do not include any contributions to the shipping costs which are indicated in the e-shop. These possible costs will be mentioned in the order.
Prices may change depending on the economic situation. Any changes only apply to sales concluded after the change. The dates appearing on the order receipt notice.
3 °) The order
The customer declares to have read the GTC before validating his order by checking: "I have read the general conditions of sale and I accept them"
The order is made through the basket which is a dematerialized order form on the Gaujal de Saint Bon - Château de Pinet site. It includes name, first name, date of birth, address, email, telephone.
The buyer accepts by clicking on "validate" after having chosen his payment terms.
Any order is considered firm and final upon receipt of payment (card or check) for the full price including tax + Shipping costs.
The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
If the check is not received at Domaine Gaujal de Saint Bon - Château de Pinet
at the latest ten working days after receipt of the order form, the order is automatically canceled.
Gaujal de Saint Bon - Château de Pinet reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there has been a dispute.
Gaujal de Saint Bon - Château de Pinet owns the goods sold until full payment of the price of the order by the buyer.
4 °) Regulations
* bank card (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard). Secure online payment via Strype. The numbers, expiration date and cryptogames of the card are transmitted to the electronic payment server according to the encryption algorithms in force.
* check clearable in a French bank, payable to Château de Pinet - Gaujal de Saint Bon, accompanied by the order number and the buyer's name.
In the event of a possible delay in payment, refusal of a bank card or check, the customer must pay the order by any other appropriate means. The order will be canceled after ten working days.
5 °) Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen clear days from the firm order to return under his responsibility and at his expense the goods ordered to the seller's address:

The refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods in good condition to the exclusion of any other compensation.
6 °) Delivery
The order specifies the place of delivery by carrier or by appointment after telephone agreement for the removal of the goods. In this second option, the collection must be done within thirty days of the order.
Any change in the place of delivery must be indicated by the buyer to the seller before the carrier takes charge of the order.
Deadline: eight working days following the processing of the order.
In the event of no delivery within this period, inform the seller by phone or email.
The buyer on delivery is required to carefully check the packaging and the contents of the package (s):
In the event of damage or missing items: the customer must enter the nature of the reservations on the delivery note.
In case of breakage, the buyer must refuse the package (s).
The seller must be informed within 48 hours by email or registered letter.
Domaine Gaujal de Saint Bon - Château de Pinet cannot be held responsible for cases of force majeure retained by French case law which may modify deliveries.
The Domaine cannot be held responsible for quality degradation caused by the transport of wines.
7 °) Confidentiality
Personal data (name, first name, date of birth, address, email address) concerning the customer are collected at the time of the order, and processed by our secretariat. They are exclusively reserved for internal use.
The law of 6/1/1978 gives the customer the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him.
The customer can exercise this right with the site manager: Gaujal de Saint Bon - Château de Pinet, by handwritten letter identifying the customer, identity card and specifying the subject of the request so that the manager can process this request.

8 °) Relational difficulties
In the event of problems resulting from an order or its execution, our manager is available to resolve any difficulties amicably.
If it is impossible to find an agreement for all disputes, in the execution of an order or in the aforementioned conditions of sale or any other conflict between the parties, the competent Courts will be those of the headquarters of the Domain.
